June report for the Grant Fire Department and Perkins County Ambulance

For the month of June 2026, the Grant Fire Department and Perkins County Ambulance Responded to 26 incidents during the month.  The June incidents were divided into 9 fire responses, 1 Weather event, and 16 EMS incidents which included 1 trauma responses, 4 medical incidents, 0 Cardiac situations, 7 long distance transfer events, 1 motor vehicle accidents, 0 Flight for Life deployments, and 3 other EMS incidents. 

Training in June was fire truck pump operations, rural water shuttle, and tanker refilling procedures.  Annual fire hose testing was also completed with the outstanding assistance from the Perkins County FFA members
