New dairy open for business in Imperial

Farming with Faith is a new dairy in rural Imperial, owned by Blake and Mallory Schilke. The dairy, which opened in January of 2025, offers all kinds of fresh dairy products like, 2% milk, heavy cream, yogurt-ice cream, butter, eggs and more.

The Schilke’s have five registered Jersey cows known for their quality of milk. The dairy is a small family owned business wanting to offer products not available elsewhere in the county. 

Blake mentioned that there have been around nine people that are lactose intolerant, that purchased their milk and were able to enjoy it without any problems.

The dairy sells milk by the half gallon and gallon, heavy cream by the pint, quart and half gallon, yogurt and ice cream by the pint, quart and half gallon with multiple flavors and offer fresh butter and farm fresh eggs.

The family is planning on progressing into selling USDA Certified Beef in the near future.
