A collision at West Fourth and Hancock on June 19 left no injuries.

No injuries in collision accident

A two-vehicle collision at Hancock and West Fourth in Grant last Wednesday, June 19, left one vehicle overturned and both vehicles totaled, but no one injured.

Erica Harder, 38, of North Platte, was driving a Fed Ex 2015 GMC Savana van southbound on Hancock Avenue around 1:50 p.m., when she failed to stop at the stop sign. She said she did not see the stop sign due to a tree in the yard nearby.

Noel Bullock, 79, of Grant, who was driving a 2015 Nissan Altima westbound on West Fourth, impacted the middle driver side of Harder’s vehicle when she entered the intersection, causing it to spin around and overturn onto its passenger side.

Airbags deployed in both vehicles. Harder was wearing a lap and shoulder belt. Both drivers said they did not need EMS services. Harder received a citation for stop sign violation.

Responding to the call were Perkins County Sheriff’s Office, Grant Volunteer Fire Department and Perkins County Ambulance.
