PCSO deputies graduate from law enforcement training

Two Perkins County sheriff’s deputies, Blake McCreedy and Austin Lamoree, were among 41 graduates of the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center in Grand Island on Friday, April 13.

The 198th Training Session graduates trained for 635 hours during the last 15 weeks, with 13 written exams.

Sheriff Jim Brueggeman said Deputy Lamoree and Deputy McCreedy represented Perkins County well while attending the Nebraska Law Enforcement Training Center.

“I am proud of their accomplishments and certainly glad to have both back in Perkins County where they will resume their full-time duties as fully certified and sworn Nebraska law enforcement officers. The rest of the sheriff’s office staff and I look forward to moving ahead with Deputy Lamoree and Deputy McCreedy on our team,” he said.
