Perkins County corn  harvest getting started 

Area feedlots are taking in the harvest of high-moisture corn, which is well underway in Perkins County. Jeff Bechard, vice president of grain at Frenchman Valley Co-op, said while wet corn harvest is well underway, dryland corn is just getting started. This year’s crop is expected to bring in larger yields due to plenty of moisture during the growing season.
