Red Hat Ladies visit Madrid and Ogallala

The Red Hat Ladies held their April 25 luncheon in Madrid. 

Pat Schipper and Joyce Mannhalter, both of Grant, celebrated birthdays. 

Linda Newth and Yvonne Hermann, both of Venango, and DeAnn Zwickl of Grant won Nebraska-themed tea towels by naming movies by famous quotes. 

Also attending were Ginger Walton of Wauneta, Rosalie Curtis of Elsie, Dorothy Reese, Pennie Reese, Turzah Michael, Betty Larson, Ellen Gillett, Delores Woodmancy, Wanda Hajek, Nancy Hansen and Ann Schmitt, all of Grant. 

After lunch the ladies stopped to shop in Elsie. 

On May 1, the Red Hat Ladies attended a salad luncheon at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church. 

They were invited by the Ogallala Red Hat Ladies. 

Pat Schipper of Grant won a water can floral arrangement. Dorothy Reese of Grant and Rosalie Curtis of Elsie won potted plants. 

Also attending were Yvonne Herman of Venango, Wanda Hajek, Nancy Hansen, Betty Larsen, Ann Schmitt and Delores Woodmancy, all of Grant.
