Student council hosting 8th annual coat drive

The Perkins County Junior High Student Council will be hosting their eight annual coat drive Oct. 30 to Nov. 3. 

Coats, hats, snow pants, scarves, gloves and snow boots will be accepted at Perkins County Jr./Sr. High School in Grant.

These coats will be given to those in need. Those donating are asked to provide freshly washed coats that are not broken or ripped. Coats should be heavy enough for cold weather. 

Clothing will not be accepted, only outerwear. 

Those in need of outerwear can receive items Monday, Nov. 6 and Tuesday, Nov. 7  from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., in the high school multipurpose room.
