Tips needed to help solve trailer theft

Corporal Bowen Roberts of the Ogallala Police Department for Tri-County Crimestoppers is requesting help solving a recent theft.

In the overnight hours of Oct. 30, unknown persons stole a white H&H Brand enclosed trailer from Déjà Vu Furnishings in the 1000 block of West First Street.  The cost of the trailer was about $5,000.  Inside the trailer was approximately $3,000 of oak furniture and other small items.  

Some of the smaller items were recovered on Friday, Nov. 3 near the Platte River, just east of North Platte.

Tri-County Crimestoppers will pay a cash reward of up to $1,000 for anonymous information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for this or any other crimes.
