Community members gathered Monday morning, May 31, at Fairview Cemetery in Grant in honor of Memorial Day. Stephanie Larson with the veteran’s services office led the program. John Long presented both the opening prayer and the benediction. The speaker for the event was city superintendent and veteran Ed Dunn (middle). Eagle scout Jacob Woodmancy (left) and Peyton Woodmancy performed “Taps” for the program.
