Perkins County ranked third in health outcomes and 44th in health factors in Nebraska’s 2018 County Health Rankings.
These ranks are compared to 80 counties ranked in the state.

Community foundation seeks to give grant funding to area needs
The Perkins County Community Foundation Fund is accepting applications until July 1 from entities wanting to partner with the Fund to address long-term needs of Perkins County.
