A bright way to start the season--Chamber Christmas Open House

Santa and Mrs. Claus formally started the Perkins County Chamber’s Holiday Christmas Open House last Thursday in Grant. Although the weather was bitterly cold, with temperatures in the teens and a brisk wind, several hundred people came out to shop, dine, sign-up for goodies and kick off the Christmas Season. Many Children were able to visit with Santa in the warmth of a special trailer provided by Viaero. Monica and Kevin Poppe provided the use of their lot by Soulful Salvage for the tree lighting and visits with Santa and his reindeer. See more photos from the evening in this week’s edition.
