Four ladies from across the United States with different health stories have come together with one mission in mind—to help other women have better health. One of these women is Breanne Sims of Grant.

Co-owner of the business Flexible Fasting with her husband Sam, Breanne was in Florida attending a conference put on by her business coach. When she met three other like minded women and an alliance was formed.

Calling their group the Christian Women’s Health Collective, the four bring expertise from the areas of kidney disease, Alzheimer’s, brain and mental health, weight loss, spiritual connectedness, inflammation reduction, clean eating and healthy lifestyle hacks.

“We each have a different story, different training, and different passions that we bring into the collective” Sims said. “We know that God brought us together for a purpose, and we are so excited to be serving the women He brings alongside us.”
