Meadowlark Gallery starts 2022 season

Meadowlark Gallery has started its new season with the annual Youth Art Month show, celebrating visual art education for grades K-12.
The Perkins County Area Arts Council and Perkins County School art instructors are proud to present this special exhibit featuring Perkins County Schools artists.
This weekend’s display features works of art by K-6 grade students instructed by Nicole Long.
Long’s colorful student artists will have their work on display the next two weekends, March 18, 19, 25 and 26.
Meadowlark Gallery provides this free show to recognize the skills developed through visual arts, including problem solving, creativity, observation and communication.

April will feature artist Susan Hart of Cozad; May’s show will be photography by Walt Thomas of Kearney; and in June the gallery will host Tristan and Mikki Stephenson of Grant.
Meadowlark is a nonprofit gallery run by the Arts Council volunteers to promote art and artists in the community.
The gallery is located in downtown Grant, Nebraska and is open every Friday and Saturday evening from 5-7.
