Art Beat-By Perkins County Area Arts Council

Five Imperial artists will be at Meadowlark Gallery Saturday, Sept. 24, from 5-7 p.m.

Meet artists Armando Villarreal, Marcia Bauerle, Bobbie Hust, Chelsea Zuege and Danny Lenners.

Coach Danny Lenners has brought a number of his watercolor paintings for display, including a field of Sandhill Cranes and a field of dreams.

Chelsea Zuege, Imperial Art Instructor, is showing her black and cream pottery, which she created for the Meadowlark show.

Bobbie Hust is an animal portrait painter. She has a wonderful selection of watercolors showing family dogs and a loving mom and her colt.

Marcia Bauerle is an award winning mixed media artist. Her colorful and detailed Icon collection will be on display.

Armando Villarreal is known for his College and NFL team football helmets, as well as his airbrush paintings of sports figures.

Meadowlark Gallery/Perkins County Area Arts Council is located in downtown Grant. With the help of community volunteers, Meadowlark has presented a new artist/artists every month since 2003.
