Generous donations from local Perkins County businesses and organizations provided cash donations, energy efficient light bulbs, new homebuyer house warming gifts, smoke alarms and carbon dioxide detectors for recently awarded Owner Occupied Rehabilitation Grants and Down Payment/Closing Costs Assistance grants for the Perkins County area. The donations and community support are an important component in scoring criteria for the grant application process, and working together to improve our communities is the most effective way to make things happen.
