Holiday cruise

The Perkins County Chamber’s first ever Christmas Cruise Night was a success on Saturday, Dec. 3, with a total of 20 vehicles taking part, according to Chamber President Michelle Ross. Vehicles of all shapes and sizes were out enjoying the decorations of their fellow cruisers, including Midwest Electric, above, which decorated one of its trucks for the event. Other vehicles taking part were a school bus, a loader tractor and many cars and pickups. After cruise night, approximately 60 people came to the fairgrounds for a Sloppy Joe meal provided by the Chamber, and to watch the movie, “How the Grinch Stole Christmas."
