Lions Club sponsors waste collection day

A hazardous waste collection day sponsored by the Grant Lions Club was held at the Perkins County Fairgrounds on Saturday, March 25 from 8-9 a.m. Among those helping with the event were Lions (l-r): Ron Patrick, Mike Ochsner, Ken Hightower and Dan Schwartzkopf. The helpers in the background are from McCook where the proper disposal will take place. More than 25 pickups of trash were received.
