The first Saturday of each month is a day each member of Grant’s Quilted Leaf Quilt Guild looks forward to. It is when the group meets and members share the projects they have been working on, learn new techniques and inspire each other.
The guild is currently celebrating 30 years of fellowship in the art of quilting.
The 30-member group, led by Pennie Reese and JoAnn Schultz, includes quilters from all over southwest Nebraska: Grant, Ogallala, North Platte, Sutherland, Elsie, Wallace and Lewellen.
