Town Hall meeting for new elder care home is Monday

The Scarlet Chapeau ladies met, Thursday, Sept. 29. Bev Williams of North Platte celebrated a birthday. “Happy Birthday” was sung. Linda Newth of Venango and Rosalie Curtis of Elsie accompanied.
Elsie/Madrid blood drive meets goal
The Elsie/Madrid Community Blood Drive that was held Sept. 22 reached its goal established by the American Red Cross.
