PCHS cancer survivors honored
Five Perkins County Health Services employees were honored on Monday, June 5, in recognition of National Cancer Survivors Day on Sunday, June 4. The PCHS Marketing Committee gave the survivors carnations with the appropriate colored ribbon to correspond with their cancer. Cancer survivors include (l-r): Nathan Bevard, construction specialist—testicular cancer; Shari Anderson, daycare director—breast cancer; Shaun Meyer, Golden Ours Convalescent Home administrator in training-—multiple myeloma; and Jim LeBrun, president/CEO—colon cancer.
