Energy Wise Mechanical April Chamber Spotlight
The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce Spotlight honor was given to Darren Jensen of Energy Wise Mechanical for the month of April.
Jensen was recognized and spoke with members at the April 19 meeting.
Jensen founded Energy Wise Mechanical along with his wife, Shannon and two children, Gage and Lacey in July 1999.
The company remains in the couple’s ownership and specializes in heating, ventilation, air conditioner installation, repair and maintenance, heat pump installation and servicing, plumbing, geothermal and septic systems.
Home owners throughout Perkins, Chase, Dundy and Keith Counties are served by Energy Wise’s six employees.
Looking towards the future, Jensen would like to see more community growth with new construction of multiple and single family homes.
He would also like to transition the company to employee ownership with more employees, including plumbers and electricians.
