USPS’s Moul honored

Barb Moul, an 18-year Grant United States Postal Service employee and Grant’s lead sales service associate, was recently honored as the Engagement Most Valuable Player (EMVP).

Moul was nominated by coworker Cindy Dahlkoetter, and Postmaster Laurie Fagullar received notification from St. Louis that Moul had received the honor. 

Fagullar presented the certificate to Moul, who also received a designated pin and lanyard, recognition in the Engage Weekly newsletter and opportunities to participate in engagement events.

Fagullar said Moul is her backup and she doesn’t know what she would do without her. 

“She always has a smile on her face and is very pleasant to everyone. The customers and other employees love her. She is a big asset to me and the Grant Post Office. She is very deserving of Most Valuable Player,” said Fagullar. 

Employee Engagement Executive Director Kelvin Williams said they want to honor employees who consistently perform with high levels of energy and exhibit contagious smiles that reflect their upbeat, positive attitudes.

The EMVP program is part of the Postal Service’s overall efforts to emphasize the value of engagement — including fostering employee enthusiasm, involvement and commitment — and its benefits to the organization.
