Letter to the Editor: Residents recognized for dedication to community

For many years, Dick and Joan Dudden have spearheaded the Venango main street flower project. They have placed planters along the main street, purchased the flowers and provided all of the watering equipment, including a golf cart and wagon for the water. 

They have asked and provided a watering schedule for volunteers to help water each week. They put up the welcome flags for each holiday. They have provided many things for the community in the past years. 

Dick and Joan have a lot of pride in our community and encourage the community members to do the same. We would just like them to be recognized for their generosity.
