Lion Fowler recognized 

Wallace Lions Membership Chair Kathy Fowler (left) was recognized by Lions Clubs International for helping recruit and retain new Lions for the Wallace Club. She received a gold centennial award as a part of the Lions Centennial Celebration from Wallace Lions Vice President Gary Hager.
