Farm Olympics, Ranch Rodeo and Sawyer Brown line up entertainment at 2021 PC fair

“Country nights and carnival lights” theme for July 19-24 event

Plans for a fun-packed fair week are well underway.

The 2021 Perkins County Fair will be held from Monday, July 19 through Saturday, July 24.

This year’s theme, “Country Nights and Carnival Lights,” is carried over from last year since the fair was held as a 4-H only event due to the pandemic.

Along side the 4-H activities, the fair board has arranged a variety of entertainment for the final three nights

Plans are set to include a Farm Olympics family fun night on Thursday evening. Seth Burge and the Perkins County FFA are hosting this event and more details will be released as they are available.

Friday night will see a ranch rodeo, this year’s is in memory of Grady Robinson.

Saturday’s activities will begin with the parade, followed by the 4-H lunch and livestock sale, and the highly anticipated Sawyer Brown concert that night will close out the end of the fair week.

Several food vendors will be present, as well as multiple blow up and bounce house activities, bingo and putt putt golf.

The Perkins County Fair Board has been continuing improvements on the grounds, collecting sponsorships, and working out the final details for what they expect to be a very successful year.
