Our porous southern border should be a concern to all
What should Americans make of the millions of illegal migrants flowing over our southern border daily without a finger lifted from the Biden Administration to stop it? Do we believe the vague, wishy-washy excuses from Washington, or do we believe our lying eyes? Really, no matter what political lens you look through, all of us should agree it is a huge crisis on many levels—a humanitarian, a national security and constitutional.
Well, what if someone showed you proof that this massive flow of people streaming into our country daily was a well coordinated effort by our own government and the United Nations? If so, you can add the adjective criminal on to the descriptions for what is taking place.
In a recent mini-documentary by the Epoch Times, Joshua Phillips lays out such a claim, showing through research, on-the-ground interviews and investigations that coordination is precisely what is going on at the southern border, which brings another word to mind when thinking about the situation—invasion.
In the documentary called “Border Deception,” Phillips lays out the case of how nearly 5 million people have entered the United States illegally since Biden took office, and they are doing so through a coordinated effort by the US government, foreign governments, the United Nations, and various Non-Government Organizations (NGOs).
One main source Phillips uses to lay out his case is through the eyewitness testimony of war correspondent Michael Yon, whom I have talked about before in my columns.
Yon has actually spent months traveling with the migrants, on many continents, as they make their journey to other countries, including America. Through discussions with those who are making the trek, and through his own sources and independent investigations, Yon shows how the entities aforementioned are making the path to America through Central America, Mexico and into all parts of the U.S., and doing so with assistance.
Yon lays out for Phillips what he calls the “controlled flow” program, and how the Biden Administration and the UN have cooperated with countries along the way to give the migrants an easy way around difficult terrain, safe passages through countries, buses to take them on some of the journey, access to money and any personal necessities to assure they get to America.
Phillips witnesses for himself the identification documents and UN pamphlets that have been tossed aside at the border by the migrants, who do not want to enter the border patrol’s custody with anything that makes them look like anything but someone fleeing from persecution and seeking asylum. Once in the border control custody, Phillips shows how the U.S. government is giving the migrants pre-loaded debit cards, cell phones, clothing, food, water, shelter and transportation to nearly anywhere they want to go in the U.S., along with a court date for them to appear at a future time, at which many never show for again, Phillips said.
According to Phillips, out of the 5 million people who have entered into the U.S. in the past 18 months, more than any other time since the government began counting, have come from an average of 160 countries. A large number of those coming are found to be criminals, or are “got aways” who run from the border patrol so they do not have to go through processing, most likely because of their not-so-stellar backgrounds.
Why is this happening? What will the migrant flow look like as famine starts accelerating across the world because of the man-made fuel, fertilizer and food crisis? Who are these people coming into the U.S., and how many of them do not have America’s best interest in mind? Please educate yourself on our southern border. It really does affect us all.
