Perkins County has a new Veteran’s Service Officer

The Perkins County Veterans Service Office in the Grant, Nebraska Court House is now open again.  Hours of operation will be 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday each week.  

The new Veteran’s Service Officer is Mr. Kim Dickmeyer from Venango.  He is married to Stephanie Dickmeyer and they have lived in Perkins County since 1995.  

Kim was formerly the County Assessor in 2000.  After retiring from PC Telcom in 2019, Kim has maintained the web-site page and Facebook pages for Paoli Coop Elevator.  

He is really excited to get the opportunity to help fellow Veterans now as the new VSO.  Dickmeyer encourages anyone to contact the  office in Grant any time they can be of help.
