Bernita Lampmann

Bernita Grace Lampmann, 90, of Inland, Nebraska passed away Saturday, Sept. 16, 2017 at Mary Lanning Healthcare in Hastings, Neb.  

Bernita was born Sept. 13, 1927 to Ralph and Hilda (Britton) Wilson on the Wilson Farm in Inland. 

She graduated from Trumbull High School and participated in the Nurses Training School and became a Registered Nurse. 

She married Emil Lampmann on Aug. 6, 1950. He preceded her in death in 1966. Bernita moved to Fairfield, Neb., in 1967 and had been in Inland for the last 15 years. 

Bernita was a member of the Community Presbyterian Church in Fairfield. 

Bernita was preceded in death by her parents; husband; brothers, Harry and Darrell; and daughter, Barbara.  

She is survived by her children and their spouses: Jim and Roxie Lampmann of Grant, Neb.; Kristy and Dan Koss of Ankeny, Iowa; Larry Lampmann of Inland, Neb.; Bob and Sonnie Lampmann of Madrid, Neb.; Grandchildren: Nathan Lampmann, Jeffrey Lampmann, Melissa Ehrhart, Brandon Lampmann, Seth Lampmann, Chase Lampmann, Kimberly Fleischer, Tiffany Koss; 11 great-grandchildren; sister Marilyn McDonald of Aurora, Neb.; sisters-in-law Ilene Wilson of Inland, Dorothy Wilson of Inland, Ann Schultz of Golden, Colo. 

Services were held Tuesday, Sept. 19, 2017 at Community Presbyterian Church, Fairfield with Pastor Joyce Dean officiating. Burial was in Fairfield Cemetery, Fairfield. 

Memorials may be given to the family for a memorial to be established at a later date.
