Having family in Grant and vicinity and having over half the relatives being female, I read with happiness the Grant Tribune article: “Schmitt to be sworn-in as first woman mayor of Grant”.
Last weekend was a really good weekend for a lot of reasons. One was the fact that the weather was good and we got to and back from Lincoln without fighting blowing snow.
I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving weekend spent with family and friends. Now that it is December, things in Lincoln are beginning to gear up quickly.
Another great week for sports fans and a lot of really competitive games plus a few upsets, some blow-outs, but in most cases just great games to watch in a number of sports.
