January 6 hearings are continued virtue signaling from Democrats to their base

It is hard to imagine how serious the so called “January 6” Committee is at bettering the country as they begin their “investigation” into what they consider to be one of the worst days in America’s history, comparing it to the Civil War, Pearl Harbor, and 9/11-. They have coined the day as the great “insurrection”, a day that will live in imfamy! Oh, really??
As far as I, and other realists, can tell who have watched this administration and Democrats as a whole over the past six years, it is just another chance for them to beat up on Republicans, mainly Donald Trump, and cause ideological division in this country as we inch closer and closer to the November General Election.
As the country is drowning under the weight of inflation and $5 gasoline, wondering how they are going to meet their expenses and put food on the table, this group of mainly Democrats, and a few RINO Republicans, are showboating in Washington D.C. about an event that seemed more staged and planned by their group than any violent, right-wing take over of the federal government.
If you get down to it, it really isn’t about finding those very few who may have broken the law that day and giving them their day in court. (Even though we all know that giving them a day in court is not on their mind either since some of those who have been arrested from the day STILL have not had a day in court nearly two year later!) This is about continued virtue signaling by the Democrats in charge to independents and to their base, reminding them that “orange man bad”, along with all of his deplorable followers, to not even think about moving into that “basket” with “those” people, or else they might start investigating YOU too!
They want to keep your eyes off of them, despite what has been coming out of the Democratic Party for the past six years, and especially from the Biden Administration. Since the beginning of 2020 Biden as produced nothing but botched wars, loss of energy independence, raging inflation, open borders, out of control immigration, threatened freedoms, rampant crime, loss of etc, etc. The show trial is an attempt by the Democrats to put the country’s eyes back on the ball and off of their failed policies...remember, orange man bad, orange man bad. Even with them yelling it in our ears long and loud, the smell of America slowing dying should be enough to wake us all up to the reality of what the January 6 Committee is really about what we must do in November to right the course when we vote the Democrats out of power.
