Viaero Towers getting upgrade

Dear Editor, 

We’re excited to share that Viaero Wireless will be upgrading towers in your area over the next eight weeks. These improvements are part of our ongoing commitment to deliver stronger, more reliable service and prepare for our upcoming 5G network enhancements. 

What to Expect 

• Tower upgrades will be completed in phases to help minimize any disruption to your service.

• During this time, you may experience brief interruptions, such as dropped calls or slower data speeds, while equipment is upgraded.

• We are installing new Samsung technology to enhance performance and reliability.

• Fiber customers will not be affected.

• Once upgrades are complete, your service should return to normal with improved performance. 

- If You Notice Any Issues -

For Phones or Tablets: 

• Restart your device

• Or turn on airplane mode for 30 seconds, then turn it off 

For Internet Service: 

• Locate your power converter (black or white box with a green or blue light) connected to your outside antenna

• Unplug it from the wall or power strip

• Wait 2 minutes, then plug it back in

• Allow up to 10 minutes for service to fully restore 

If your service is still not working: 

• Dial 222 from a Viaero phone

• Or call 1-877-484-2376
