Learning from the Coyotes

Members of the Perkins County Cheer Team were treated to a special camp Tuesday, June 13 put on by members of the University of South Dakota Cheer Team where Grant native Brooke Poppe works. From left, USD Cheer Squad members Hannah Molitor and Grace Espicha instruct Emily Wilson, Tessa Uehling, Maylynn Walker and Kaylynn Macke on cheer moves. The PCS Cheer Team will once again be selling fireworks this year to raise money for the 2023-24 school year. The firework stand will be open at Arnold Insurance in Grant this year from June 25-July 4, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
