The Cats trample the Knights 84-32

It has been a very long time since the Wallace Wildcats have played basketball in the Eustis gym, but the Blue and White made the trip last Friday to compete with a young Eustis-Farnam team.

The Knights had a great start to the game, knocking down a trey to put the first points on the board. The Wildcats however, wasted no time taking control of the game. They responded by putting up the next nine points.

Before the quarter ended, Ty Maline and Micah Swedberg each scored nine points and Jared Sullivan added six to give Wallace a 24-7 lead at the end of the quarter.

Maline did not lose his hot hand in the second quarter, in fact, he owned it. He got points off of steals, jump shots, free throws, and a 3-pointer for a total of 13 points.

In addition to his hot hand, Kaden Hager and Sullivan each had a steal for a lay up and a 3-ball, Swedberg added a trey and Logan Rosentrater put one in off the glass.
