Lady Plainsmen 0-2 after first week

The Lady Plainsmen had a rough start to the season last week, falling to both opponents in their opening games.

Thursday night was the home opener, and the Hershey Panthers took the Plainsmen down on their home court.

Traveling to Wray on Friday, PCS lost their second game to the Eagles.

Turnovers plagued the girls from the beginning on Thursday when PCS hosted the Panthers, and a 13-point run for Hershey gave them a confident lead.

Senior Maggie Earl was fouled and put up the first point, and made the only other shot for PCS in the first half, though the Panthers continued to score. Going into halftime, the Lady Plainsmen were down 32-2.
