Lady Wildcats come up short with two losses

The Wallace Lady Wildcats suffered two losses last week against the Brady Eagles and the Maxwell Wildcats.

Brady

On Jan. 30, the Wildcats played the Brady Eagles at home. In the first quarter, the Wildcats kept up with the Eagles’ fast pace offensive play. The score at the end of the first quarter was 9-13. 

During the second quarter, the Eagles scored 13 more points and the Wildcats only scored eight.  

Coming out of the locker rooms, Wallace stepped up their offense and scored 12 points, but Brady scored 13. 

In the final quarter, the Eagles took a major lead with 22 points. The Wildcats only scored 12.
