PC Lady Plainsmen fall to opponents

The Lady Plainsmen fell to three opponents last week, taking their record to 2-16 this season. 

Maxwell

The Wildcats took control of the game from early on with a 10-1 score after the first, turning 25-8 by halftime. 

The Lady Plainsmen struggled to sink the ball and by the end of the game, the Maxwell Lady Wildcats had taken the game 47-17.

Maggie Earl was the game’s top scorer for PC with seven points, Sydney Wilson had three. Also contributing to the score for the Lady Plainsmen were Hailey Snyder, and Dani Burge, each with two points, and Laura Dreiling with one. 

Cambridge

The Lady Plaisnmen traveled to Cambridge on Friday, Feb. 2 to take on the Lady Trojans. 

The girls defense allowed Cambridge to take a huge lead in the first 16-2, and though PC added an additional seven points in the second, the Lady Trojans had the lead at halftime, 22-9.
