Plainsmen 1-3 heading to Paxton

Perkins County traveled to Kimball Friday Dec. 9, where they fell to the Longhorns, and they hosted their first home game of the season on Saturday, Dec. 10. The home court was no advantage for PCS.

Kimball

The 2-0 Longhorns hosted the Plainsmen on Friday evening, where they opened the scoring with a 3-point shot followed by another basket, giving them an early 5-point lead.

Tyler Thelander hit the net for 2, and Bailey Schrotberger was next to score, also drawing a foul, to hit both free throw shots, which gave the Plainsmen a 1-point lead, 6-5. It was short lived as Kimball hit the net to put them on top with 7.
