Three senior boys played their final regular season game in their home gym last Friday when the Wildcats played host to the Creek Valley Storm. Tyler Daniels, Jacob Melton and Robbie Nelson have been a very important part of the Cats’ season and they displayed that in front of their hometown crowd.

As the game got underway, it was Melton that put up the first points of the game when he got a put back. Following a Storm free throw, Jared Sullivan got in the books with a 3-pointer and on the Cats’ next possession, he added a free throw.

Things got cold at Wallace’s end of the court midway through the first quarter, the Big Blue struggled to get the ball to fall. The Storm on the other hand, were just getting warmed up, they put up six unanswered points. Late in the quarter however, Daniels got a long ball to fall but before the buzzer, Creek Valley responded with a three of their own.
