Wykert, Potts, Noyes and Fisher selected to play CSO All Star Games 2025

The Cambridge CSO All-Star Game will be celebrating its 40th anniversary this year; the game will take place on May 30th, with the girls game starting at 6pm and the boys to follow.

A major shift in the game this year will be how the teams were put together.  For the 40th anniversary, we are transitioning away from the East/West format and selecting players from an at-large pool via a serpentine draft format.  This will mark the 3rd such team organizational change in the history of the game (1 - Class C and D teams 2 - East/West 3 - Serpentine Draft)

To replace the East/West team names, teams will now be named to recognize the great coaches of the past that either impacted Southwest Nebraska basketball or Coached in the CSO all star game.

This years teams will be named after the following coaches:

Team: Coach (Roger) Lauhead: Wauneta-Palisade

Team: Coach (Mike) Lanham: Oxford/Southern Valley

Team: Coach (Jody) Rhodes: Paxton

Perkins County Seniors Landon Noyes and Ryder Potts will play for this team.

Team: Coach (Bob) Newcomb: Bartley/Twin Valley

Plainsmen Senior Jackson Wykert, will play for this team as well as Jason Fisher from  Wallace.

Coaches will be recognized at Half-time of the Girls and Boys contests.
