This past weekend, the University of Nebraska Women’s volleyball team defeated Illinois to put them in position to win another National Volleyball Championship for the school.
The Wallace boys basketball team made the short trip north last Thursday to compete against the Sutherland Sailors. The Wildcats got off to a good start with a couple of three-point plays.
The Lady Wildcats traveled to Sutherland on Thursday, Dec. 13 to take on the Lady Sailors. Sutherland managed to take the game 26-12. Above.
Coach Shawn Cole and the Perkins County Plainsmen suffered three losses last week which takes their record to 2-4 this season.
Three games last week gave the Lady Plainsmen and first-year coach Katie Geitz three more games of experience to grow from.
