Missoula Children’s Theatre rousing success

“The Snow Queen” performance, brought to town by the Missoula Children’s Theatre but brought to life by the area’s youth, took the stage on Saturday after a week of preparation.

Formerly the residents only had access to a 42” television with less quality sound. The new television set debuted at the movie day on Thursday, Feb. 27.

Keith and Doris Olsen of Grant were among the honorees to be named Distinguished NEBRASKAlanders during the NEBRASKAland Foundation’s annual Statehood Dinner at the Capitol rotunda in Lincoln Saturday, Feb. 29. The award recognizes Nebraskans for their significant contributions to the state and it’s people. Speaker of the Legislature Sen. Jim Scheer, left, read a resolution passed by the Legislature in their honor and Gov. Peter Ricketts presented them with a crystal award in commemoration of their efforts.
