More than 50 young people, shown during their cast photo, participated in the first-ever Missoula Children’s Theatre performance in Grant Saturday, March 7.

The Snow Queen, played by Caitlyn Dolezal, accompanied by her Yeti, played by Cecilia Putnam, revels in using her special mirror so her victims to forget who they are.

“The Snow Queen” performance, brought to town by the Missoula Children’s Theatre but brought to life by the area’s youth, took the stage on Saturday after a week of preparation.

The residents of Park Ridge Assisted Living Facility gather round their new 75” inch television set and sound system for movie day. The new system was an improvement on their old 42” television set-up.

Keith and Doris Olsen of Grant were among the honorees to be named Distinguished NEBRASKAlanders during the NEBRASKAland Foundation’s annual Statehood Dinner at the Capitol rotunda in Lincoln Saturday, Feb. 29. The award recognizes Nebraskans for their significant contributions to the state and it’s people. Speaker of the Legislature Sen. Jim Scheer, left, read a resolution passed by the Legislature in their honor and Gov. Peter Ricketts presented them with a crystal award in commemoration of their efforts.
