Perkins County Clerk Rita Long accepts the county’s $12,121 dividend from NIRMA Board of Directors member Mark Masterton, a Scotts Bluff County commissioner.
Perkins County has received another membership dividend, this time in the amount of $12,121, from the Nebraska Intergovernmental Risk Management Association (NIRMA).

Rita Long of Grant was the first voter to vote in Perkins County on Tuesday, Oct. 9.
Kristi Ogg of Madrid was the second voter.
In-person early voting began yesterday, Oct. 9 for the general election on Nov. 6.
Perkins County Election Commissioner Rita Long said seven came in to vote at the courthouse.
