The University of Nebraska-Lincoln conferred 1,505 degrees during commencement exercises Dec. 15 and 16.

Hanson selected as Senior of the Month
The December Senior of the Month honor has been awarded to Kadie Hanson.
Kadie is the daughter of Jill and Scott Hanson.
Wildcat drama team takes fourth
The Wallace drama team preformed at the district D1-5 one acts at The Tassel in Holdrege on Nov. 27. They earned fourth place with their performance of The Tolstoy Story Play written by V.
Pollard joins Phi Theta Kappa
Garrett Pollard, a 2016 graduate of Perkins County High School, recently joined Phi Theta Kappa, an academic honor society, at Southeast Community College.
