R & T Tire Services has closed its doors after eight years of providing tire services to the Perkins County area. Richard and Tarra Terry, owners of R & T Tire Service, have closed the doors on their shop as of Wednesday, Dec. 23.
On Dec. 28, Dr. Cliff Colglazier received the first COVID-19 vaccine administered at Perkins County Health Services. The shot was administered by Terri Stevens.
Perkins County Community Hospital received their first doses of the COVID-19 vaccine Monday, Dec. 28, according to PC Health Services CEO Neil Hilton.

28 Christmas Dinner boxes paid for by Perkins County Health Services, Hatch’s Super Foods, and the very generous community were assembled and distributed to area Angel Tree families on Friday December 18th. This year’s annual Christmas Greenback drawing saw more winners than usual, after the Chamber of Commerce decided to double the amount of winners following what has been a tough year on everyone.
