The Elsie Seniors held their monthly luncheon Tuesday, Dec. 18 at the Elsie Legion Hall. Little Country Kitchen catered the meal and Sandhills State Bank provided a candy cane cake.
Lake Ogallala State Recreation Area will be offering a guided hike on New Year’s Day, Jan. 1, 2019.
