The map above shows the boundary lines for District 42 and 44, along with the new boundaries for the three commissioner districts.
All three county commissioners will serve a portion of Grant in the newly-adopted redistricting plan.
When it was all said and done, Perkins County’s commissioner districts will look similar to what they have in the past.
This year’s Veterans Day program in Grant will return to its usual structure after regular plans were thwarted due to COVID in 2020.
The Perkins County Chamber of Commerce is once again holding their annual Christmas Open House with the goal of promoting local shopping. This year’s open house will be Thursday, Nov.
Grant’s Central Ave was filled with mythical monsters, fictional favorites and buckets upon buckets of collected candy for Trick or Treat Street Friday, Oct. 29. Friday’s warm fall weather didn’t stick around through the weekend however, as cold temps, rain and even snow greeted the town Halloween night.

Jeff Skeels was present at the October chamber meeting on Thursday, Oct. 21 at the senior center representing HomeTown Agency.
