In preparation for the 2020-2021 school year, Perkins County Schools installed new smart boards in 13 classrooms which teachers have called the “Cadillac” of smart boards.
Enrollment in Perkins County Schools for the 2021-22 school year jumped by 19 students. This year’s enrollment for preschool through 12th grade stands at 440 students.

After taking a big increase in tax asking last year, Perkins County Schools’ preliminary budget shows only a 1.1% increase over last year’s request.
