The Perkins County Senior of the month honor has been awarded to Katie Patrick, daughter of Miguel and Alicia Patrick.

PC speech takes first at home meet
The Perkins County Schools speech team claimed another first at their home invitational this past Saturday, Jan. 26.
The team was first in Class C1-C2 as well as overall champions.
Spartabots state bound
Two Spartabots teams qualified for state competition at a qualifying tournament in Sidney on Jan. 19. They will compete at state in Ashland on Feb. 16.
