The Perkins County Plainsmen boys added another win to their record Monday with a 69-34 over Kimball to improve to 8-10.
Perkins County’s Lady Plainsmen fell to the three opponents they faced over the last week, which included Holyoke, Sedgwick County and a make-up game with Kimball.
Perkins County wrestlers ended their regular season last weekend, competing in a dual at Kearney Catholic Friday night and then on to Doniphan invite Saturday.
Wallace’s Lady Cats fell in their final two games of the RPAC tournament last week. After their win over Paxton in the first round, Wallace lost to Maywood/Hayes Center 61-33. They then faced Dundy County-Stratton, who won 47-29. Tuesday, Feb. 2, Wallace played Brady. The Lady Cats will finish out the week with a home game against Maxwell on Friday with junior varsity girls starting at 4 p.m. Here, freshman Skylar Kuhlman makes a move for the basket.
