Perkins County hosted this year’s SPVA volleyball tournament Saturday, October 17. Six teams were in attendance, due to North Platte St. Pat’s backing out of the event.

The Perkins County Plainsmen traveled to Alma Friday night, expecting to end the season on a high note. Instead, it was winless Alma celebrating after upsetting the Plainsmen 40-36.
Pouk holds up his second place medal from the district meet last Thursday. He will be heading to state Thursday, Oct. 22, where he placed 53rd last year.
